I made a reservation wiht them, they even charged my credit card just to come back after 12 hours telling me that price has gone up and unless I pay more, they can not get the ticket for me. Stay away from this shady business with deceptive business practice. Reply. DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a multi-city itinerary with SmartFares because it gave me the best flight options for the best price, they gave me a reservation number. Two days went by and my booking was not confirmed when I wrote to them about this, they said the price had changed and I had to pay about +$300 if I still wanted this booking to be confirmed.
